FAQ: Registering an Account
01. How do I register for an account?
Start by clicking on the 'Retailer Account' button at the upper right corner of the web page.
You will see a page with 2 boxes, side by side.

The one on the left is a form for applying for a new account, while the one on the right is for people who already have an account to log into the site.

Since you do not have a retail account yet, let's fill out the form on the left to apply for one.

Please ensure your Email is correct, because your account password will be sent there after your application is approved.

All fields in the form are compulsary except the Company Website field at the bottom.

Once you are done, just click the 'Submit Application >>' button and your application will be sent off.

A message will appear near the top of the page to inform you whether the Application was successfully sent out.

02. Is that all? Can I log into my account now?
Not yet!

You application needs to be approved before you can log in.

An email will be sent to you once the application is approved.

Inside that email, you will see a password which you can use, along with your email address, to log into the site.

03. I don't like the password you gave me! Can I change it?
Yes you can!

Firstly, Log into your account using your email address and the password you received.

After you login, you will be re-directed to your Retailer Account.

There are 4 tabs near the top.

To change your password, start by clicking the 'Change Account Password' tab

Type in the password you were given in the 'Current Password' field.

Type the password you want to change it to in the 2 fields below.

Then click the 'Update' button to change your password.

A message will appear near the top to notify you that the password has been successfully changed.

You will now be able to log into your account using this new password from now.
